At Change With Hypnotherapy, your satisfaction is important to us. Our Returns Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that goods and services must be:

 

  • Of acceptable quality
  • Match the description or sample
  • Fit for the intended purpose

1. Your Consumer Rights

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault. You may also be entitled to a repair if the issue is minor. Major faults include:

  • Product is significantly different from the description
  • Unsafe or faulty to the point it can’t be used
  • Doesn’t do what it’s meant to or promised to do

2. Change of Mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns at our discretion. Conditions apply:

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be unused, in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Please note: We may offer store credit or exchange, not a refund, for change-of-mind returns.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at moonstone@changewithhypnotherapy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and issue return instructions.
  3. Return the item using tracked shipping (cost may be your responsibility unless the product is faulty).

4. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once processed.

5. Exceptions (Non-returnable items)

Unless faulty, we do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
  • Sale or clearance items (where stated)
  • Custom-made or personalised products
